The Effective Role of Internal Factors on Reconstructing Telecom Companies: The Case of Yemen Telecom

Background: This paper highlights the effects of internal factors on restructuring state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and investigates how these have positive or negative applying a new structure in SOEs companies. Yemen Telecom (YT) is an example SOE company that belongs to government has social responsibility. By following scientific theories related research’s factors, we tried tie our hypotheses applied make near reality be applicable future. Methods: In this study, used empirical research by making investigation distributing questionnaire amongst people who relationship with Telecom. Moreover, structural equation model (SEM) was current study as statistical technique for collected data. Results: The results indicate illiteracy using computer (IIUC) IT Software (AIS) adverse reconstructing telecom companies (RTC); also, AIS causality effect between computers RTC. support from top management (SFTM), infrastructure (INF), efficiency effectiveness managerial operations (EaE) Conclusions: concluded IIUC, TMS, INF, EaE apparent RTC, IIUC declares there less significance
